Every person at work wants to understand their skills and how they can improve. Our Dream Big goal is to build a repository of every job title in every industry and to understand the skills that are associated to that job title.

This huge repository of skill information will be the foundation of the Zontally platform. By associating people to skills we will have a data asset that can be monetized in the future.
