Key Partners
This page is part of our Open Business Model
We can’t build a movement on our own. To solve the productivity and engagement problems of our customers we will have to build a network of companies - both partners and suppliers that allow us to focus on what we do best - building an innovative platform that enables people to do their best work.
Ecosystems always outperform hierarchies, and this is how we are going to build a network of companies that can help deliver our mission.
Our partner and suppliers strategy defines the different types of relationships we will have with members of our ecosystem.
Strategic External Partnerships
We will work with ecosystem partners to drive our business. Our Go-to-Market partnership will include
- Technology Partners: Our platform will need to integrate with our customers enterprise software landscape. We will build technology partnerships for Authentication (Microsoft, Okta) and data-integrations to systems of record (Workday, SuccessFactors, Core HRIS).
As a AI-native platform our relationship with technology partners like OpenAI will be critical factors to our success - Channel, Distribution and Implementation Partners: Our customers will need to be successful with our product. We will build relationships with technology implementation partners that specialise in deploying new tools into companies. These partners will also be motivated by reseller agreements and will recognise a revenue contribution to their business by being a Zontally partner.
- Referral partners: Key to our success is being able to connect with companies that specialize in process improvement, coaching and operational efficiency. They might not resell our product but could refer us, or include Zontally in their value proposition.
- Industry and Academic Institutions: We believe that we will generate thought-leadership content and have an industry perspective on productivity and efficiency at work. We will work with industry and academic partners to share our perspective.
